International Vacation Club Ltd. (“IVC”, “we”, “us”)
This policy explains how IVC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, member services, and partner directory.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — SafeZone account number (pernum), user ID, email address, and login session details.
- Profile data — name and other details you provide on your member profile.
- Partner applications — business name, type, description, country, city, address, phone, email, and website submitted for directory review.
- Bookings and memberships — resort requests, dates, guest counts, and membership payment status needed to operate the club.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and cookies required to keep you logged in and keep the site secure.
2. How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, operate membership and booking features, review and display approved partner listings, contact you about your account or a request, prevent abuse, and improve the site.
3. SafeZone
Login, password, PIN, and account-number recovery are handled with SafeZone. When you log in or use forgot-account tools, IVC sends the details needed for that request to SafeZone. SafeZone’s own privacy practices apply to that service.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- SafeZone, for authentication and account recovery
- Resorts or vendors, when needed to fulfill a booking you requested
- Service providers who host or maintain this website
- Authorities, if required by law
Approved partner listings are shown publicly in the partner directory (business name, type, location, and the contact details the partner submitted).
5. Retention and security
We keep account, booking, and partner records for as long as needed to run IVC and meet legal obligations. Access to the admin console is limited to authorized administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may request a correction or deletion of your IVC profile data through in-site Support after login, subject to records we must keep for bookings, payments, or legal reasons. You can close your session with Logout. Cookie and session storage are used for login; blocking them may prevent the site from working.
7. Children
IVC is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes and contact
